Do you have physical shop front?

 

A dedicated online store, The Online Hair And Beauty has been designed to source affordable Hair, Nails and Beauty Products to pass the savings on to you, the end user. Whilst we have a warehouse that accepts dispatches stock and accepts returns and warranty claims, we do not have a physical shop front because of this fact. Our warehouse is NOT open to the public.

 

What happens if there is an issue with my product?

That's fine, all you need to do is email info@onlinehairandbeauty.com.au and we will contact you to determine whether the item needs to be repaired, returned or refunded.

 

What if I pick the wrong product?

Items that have not been dispatched can be fully refunded. If you change your mind after the item has left our warehouse then you will need to pay for shipping as long as the item has not been opened. If the item has been opened then we will need to assess what charges apply for repackaging. In either case, whether or not the item has been opened, once the item is returned to our warehouse we will inspect it and fully refund less any restocking charges if applicable.

 

What are my payment options?

You can pay by Paypal, Credit Card (accepted through Paypal gateway) or via direct deposit to our bank account. When paying by direct deposit there may be delays whilst we await for the funds to clear.

As an online only business, www.onlinehairandbeauty.com.au is registered Business Name owned by Tileah McGowan ABN 72 617 635 338. Tileah operates both a salon called Tileahs On Tweed and this exclusive online store.
